FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in production of external panels and blocks for residential and public buildings erected in a hot climate. Ventilated wall element comprises inner vertical cavities with heat insulation material, ribs between them with additional slit-like cavities located coaxially with through ventilated slot-like cavities, interconnected by horizontal channels and connected to atmosphere by means of holes in form of narrowing nozzles in lower part of ventilated wall element and in form of expanding nozzles in its upper part, wherein on the inner surface of the convergent and diverging nozzles, from the inlet to the outlet, there are curvilinear grooves, in addition, the curved grooves have a "dovetail" profile, wherein at inlet of narrowing nozzle, and at outlet of divergent nozzle there are annular grooves, each of which is connected to accumulator of contaminants, wherein the curved channels with the "dovetail" profile are made from bimetal, wherein the first bimetal material, on the side of the moving rotating stream of atmospheric air, has a coefficient of heat conductivity of 2.0–2.5 times higher than the coefficient of heat conductivity of the second bimetal material.

EFFECT: reduction of heat losses in ventilated cavities under conditions of increasing concentration of droplet-forming and finely dispersed condensing moisture particles in atmospheric air, which enter the ventilated wall element, by eliminating sticking of wet impurities in cavities of curvilinear grooves due to their performance from bimetal.
