FIELD: soil or rock drilling; mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment, in particular, to mobile drilling complexes intended for drilling and testing of anchors. Mobile complex comprises a welded metal platform on vertical posts attached by stepladder to a chassis frame of the lorry equipped with hydraulic jacks. Oil tank, control panel and tool box are installed on the platform. In the central part of the platform along its longitudinal axis there is a frame-carcass with a sliding section, with anchors with a cable branch installed in it, equipped with a traction hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic jacks for its extension. Mast is attached to the platform, resting on the post fixed in the front part of the platform and equipped with a rotator and an elevator. Inside the mast there is a feed mechanism of a rotator in the form of a carriage. End block is installed in the end part of anchors testing mechanism equipped with two hydraulic jacks. Anchors testing mechanism is equipped with a force sensor fixed on the rope branch and a hydraulic system pressure sensor. Pulling cylinder in test mechanism is turned with rod to cabin and is connected with rope branch by means of longitudinally located tie-rods equipped with gripper. Hydraulic jacks of test mechanism have stroke of not less than 1680 mm. Rotator is equipped with a detachable extender fixed on an articulated-type elevator by means of a pin. Elevator is made on attachment side with hexagon recess at its end and with opposed on axis, perpendicular to longitudinal axis of hexagonal hole, in side walls by holes for finger. Extension piece is made in the form of thick-walled pipe with holes evenly distributed along its side surface. At the end of the extension piece, which faces the elevator with a hexagonal ledge, there are through holes for a finger at one level on its side surface. Other end of the extension piece is made with a hexagonal recess on its one end and with oppositely located on the axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the hexagonal hole, in the side walls by holes for connection to it by means of fingers of a removable adapter in the form of a bell. Bell is made of a cylindrical bushing with a bottom on the side of an extension piece provided with a hexagonal ledge on this side, with through holes for a finger located at one level on its side surface, and a round recess on its other end. Mast is made in the form of U-shaped frame, is attached to frame by means of locks of its turn axis. Mast is equipped with hydraulic cylinder of its lifting with stroke of not less than 2200 mm and centraliser for anchors and drilling tool. Control panel is equipped with a weight meter with audio and visual indicators, a portable display and a miniprinter installed in the vehicle cabin.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling possibility of drilling anchors with deviation of 30° from vertical, high accuracy of drilling and reliability of tests.
