FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention represents a method for evaluating a selection material, consisting of marking of resistant and rust tolerant plants in a phase of milk, milky wax ripeness. Objective, which is solved by the proposed invention, is marking of immune and tolerant plants of winter triticale during photosynthesis for further sampling by a plant and a spike. With subsequent use of material in selection for immunity to fungal diseases. Red wool thread is used as a marker. Essence is that at complete ripeness of plants turn yellow, sheet withers and twists. In lactic and milky-wax ripeness leaf and stem of green colour.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to select necessary plants at early stages of selection and to reduce labour inputs and time for selection process.
