FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television and digital photography, specifically to image stabilization devices. Result is achieved by the fact that in an image stabilization system comprising a matrix array of photosensitive elements, an offset meter, a control unit, movable element and lens, additionally includes a turning meter, which input is connected to the matrix photodetector output, and the output is connected to the control unit input, the offset meter input is connected to the matrix array of photosensitive elements output, and output of offset meter is connected to input of control unit. Matrix array of photosensitive elements is configured to perform a function of non-destructive reading, allowing without loss of image resolution to read video information to measure displacement and rotation of image with frequency significantly (by 2–4 order) greater than main frame frequency.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced error of measurement of image shift at low bias, high resolution of main photodetector, possibility of compensating for rotation of image.
