FIELD: grain cleaning equipment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to grain cleaning equipment and can be used in agriculture, flour-elevator, feed industry for cleaning and sorting seeds of grain crops, cereals, legumes, industrial and oilseeds, as well as grass seeds. Air-sieve grain-cleaning machine contains upper and lower sieve mills mounted on a frame and connected to a drive, a settling chamber connected to a fan, pneumatic channels for preliminary and final aspiration, a storage hopper with a feeder, impurity removal augers, dampers for adjusting air supply to pneumatic channels, chutes, exhaust pipe. The settling chamber consists of two separate chambers with impurities removal screws, located one above the other and connected by means of pneumatic channels in such a way that the ascending air flow passes first the lower chamber and then the upper one in sequence. The chambers are additionally connected by a damper between themselves and an exhaust pipe, which makes it possible to regulate the ratio of air flows between them and the exhaust pipe. The storage hopper is equipped with a vibrating distribution valve with a moving weight to evenly distribute the material across the width of the pre-cleaning air channel. A pulley with an unbalance is used as a vibration drive for sieve mills, which is installed between the upper and lower sieve mills and performs forced harmonic oscillations. On top of the machine, in front of the exhaust pipe, there is an air valve for adjusting the air pressure in the aspiration system.

EFFECT: improving the quality of separating and cleaning seeds, increasing the reliability and service life of an air-sieve grain cleaning machine.
