FIELD: metal rolling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rolling. Method comprises steps of: a) providing, at least, one first sheet (1) of aluminium foil and one second sheet (2) of aluminium foil, each having a respective first surface (3, 4) and a corresponding second surface (5, 6); b) lubricating one surface of first surface (3, 4) and second surface (5, 6) of aluminium foil sheet from first sheet (1) of aluminium foil and second sheet (2) of aluminium foil so as to obtain a first lubricated surface; c) connecting the first sheet of aluminium foil with the second sheet of aluminium foil so that the first lubricated surface is a contact surface between the first sheet of aluminium foil and the second sheet of aluminium foil, so as to obtain connected foil sheet (9) with two outer surfaces; d) performing the connected foil sheet (9) with decreasing the thickness of said connected sheet; e) lubricating one surface of two outer surfaces of the connected foil sheet so as to produce a connected foil sheet with a second lubricated surface (11); f) coiling the foil sheet with the second lubricated surface (11) so as to produce the rolled up connected sheet (12) with n turns; g) partially separating rolled foil sheet by unwinding one of first aluminium foil sheet and second sheet of aluminium foil by one coil, so as to obtain a woven connected foil sheet (13) having end portion (14) formed by a corresponding portion of only one of the first aluminium foil sheet and the second aluminium foil sheet; h) coiling the rolled foil sheet to be unwound so as to produce a bonded foil sheet wherein the second lubricated surface is a contact surface between the first aluminium foil sheet and the second aluminium foil sheet; i) performing a rolled foil sheet rolling, in which the second lubricated surface is a contact surface between the first aluminium foil sheet and the second aluminium foil sheet, so as to obtain a connected foil sheet (15) of reduced thickness; 1) separating connected sheet (15) of foil of reduced thickness so as to obtain first sheet of aluminium foil with first reduced thickness and second sheet of aluminium foil with second reduced thickness.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of process.
