FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. A fixing device for the body of the vertebrate column vertebra contains an implant, placed into the vertebra body and a leg rod. The implant contains a cavity for the leg rod mobility. The leg rod is located in the cavity to provide constant mobility or temporary mobility of the leg rod relative to the implant. On the back on one side the implant has an elongation section, which is provided with connection means for the long-term installation of a connecting element, connected to the second fixing device. A dorsal system of fixation with several said fixing devices for the vertebra body has the first fixing device, which has the connecting element, connected to the leg rod of the first fixing device by means of a fastening part of the first fixing device, and by means of connection of the second fixing device with the second fixing device. The dorsal system of fixation with the first said fixing device for the vertebra body and the second said fixing device for the vertebra body contains a connecting element, which has the first fastening part for connection with the first leg rod of the first fixing device and the second fastening part for connection with the second leg rod of the second fixing device.
EFFECT: inventions prevent the limitation of the range of motions.
