FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Flexible sliding dynamical implantable device for selected stabilisation and correction of deformations and instability of spine, contains two linear and parallel successions of U-shaped supports (3). On each vertebra (6), belonging to spine region, where implantation is required, pair of supports of said successions are installed. Supports are placed with ensuring their by multi-axial mobility on pedicular screws (4), which are fixed, also by pairs, by penetration into respective back bone part (5) of vertebra (6). In supports of each of said two successions thin flexible petals are located.
EFFECT: invention ensures prevention of loss of natural mobility and flexibility of operated area of spine, resulting in spine ability to move in limited ranges and as a result prevention of degradation of intervertebral disks and ligaments and prevention of destruction of some anatomical structures, which leads to ablation of part of patient's operated spine and stop of spine growth and development in patients, who have not stopped growing yet.
