FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to paediatric traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used in simulation of transpedicular lumbar spine fixation in a growing organism. At least one transpedicular screw is inserted to 3-months husky puppies in lumbar vertebras through the arch base in centrum through germ zone. Said transpedicular screw is inserted into a platform formed at the base of superoarticular process at the angle 15-22° to saggital plane and at the angle 10-15° to horizontal plane regarding the vertebra level. Thereafter they are jointed.

EFFECT: simulation of transpedicular stabilisation of the growing vebtebromotor segment, making it possible to examine application of various structures in norm and pathologies (traumatic spine injuries, scoliotic deformation, and degenerative-dystrophic diseases).
