FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics, and enables diagnosing local endogenous intoxication in mucosa diseases. That is ensured by measuring a blood coefficient Kbl(NCC/RN), which reflects specific weight of nitrogen-containing compounds in residual nitrogen. Coefficient Kloc(NCC/RN) is determined, which reflects specific weight of nitrogen-containing compounds in residual nitrogen in pathological center in diseases of mucous membrane. Then the coefficient was calculated local endogenous intoxication KLOC of formula. And with increasing local endogenous intoxication coefficient KLOC in diseases of mucous membranes, as compared to normal values characteristic of the analyzed ecosystem, development of local endogenous intoxication is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention enables diagnosing development of local endogenous intoxication in diseases of mucous membranes.
