FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental biology and pharmacology, and can be used for preventing rhabdomyolysis-induced renal injury. An experimental animal is intramuscularly injected with 50 % glycerol in dose of 0.8 ml/100 g of body weight. From the following day after experimental renal injury is reproduced for 30 days, acizole in dose of 30 mg/kg is administered intragastrically daily to animals.
EFFECT: method provides studying the preventive effect of acizole on restoring renal function on the background of toxic nephropathy caused by rhabdomyolysis, due to the fact that from the following day after experimental renal damage within 30 days, acizole is administered.
