SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle heating systems. Floor heating system comprises control valve (11) inserted into return pipe (9) of cabin heating system (4), which is movable between first position, establishing direct liquid return, and second position, where at least part of fluid flowing through control valve (11) is diverted to inlet (13-a) of coil (13) located above floor of cabin and combined with mat (16) of cabin floor and containing plurality of energy-accumulating elements (17), made of material, which changes its aggregate state from solid to liquid and vice versa by obtaining/providing heat energy. Adjusting valve (11) is set to the second position when the detected mat temperature Tmat falls below the first limit temperature Tlow, so that the first phase of energy conservation is realized, and heat energy of fluid flowing in coil (13) is transmitted to said energy accumulating elements (17), changing its state from solid to liquid. Adjusting valve (11) is set to the first position when the detected mat temperature Tmat overcomes the second upper limit temperature Thigh, so that the second phase of power supply is realized, and heat energy previously accumulated in energy accumulating elements (17) is supplied to the outside from mat (16), when energy accumulating elements (17) change their aggregate state from liquid to solid state.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and possibility of temperature control.
