SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to abdominal surgery, interventional radiology. At the first stage, superselective catheterisation of the gastroduodenal artery is performed. Stepwise embolisation of the gastro-omental, pancreatic arteries, and the trunk of the gastroduodenal artery is performed by the "sandwich" technique using metal spirals with a polymer pile and polymer microspheres with a diameter of 300 to 500 mcm. At the second stage, percutaneous transhepatic puncture of the segmental bile duct and catheterisation of hepaticocholedoch are performed. Recanalisation of the tumour stricture is performed. Percutaneous transhepatic implantation of a metal self-expanding polymer-coated stent is performed in the area of tumour lesion so that the implant covers the tumour by at least 1.0 cm proximally and distally.

EFFECT: method provides a possibility of performing effective hemostasis and avoiding the recurrence of bleeding, which is beneficial for the survival of patients, avoiding traumatic traditional interventions, is a modern, minimally invasive, reliable method for hemostasis in bleeding from a tumour of the hepato-pancreato-biliary region accompanied by haemobilia, is available to surgical hospitals with a duty X-ray surgical service, does not require a large amount of laboratory and instrumental examinations.
