SUBSTANCE: invention relates to administration of an object of an administered function and to communication technologies. To this end, an administration request is received for the object of the administered function. Administration request transports application indication information, and the application indication information is used to instruct the object of the administered function to associate with the application. Administered function object is administered based on application indication information. More specifically, when an administration request which carries application indication information is received, an object of the administered function is flexibly associated with any application indicated by the indication information, to combine an object of the administered function with any application, thereby providing a network service in an external manner.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of combining object of administered function with any application so that to provide external network service.
