FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used in melting and refining of alloys. Proposed method comprises vacuum induction melting of initial materials to produce vacuum induction melting (VIM) alloy. At least a portion of the elapsed VIM alloy is subjected to electroslag remelting (ESR) to obtain an electroslag remelted alloy, at least a portion of which is subjected to vacuum arc remelting (VAR) to obtain a VAR single pass, at least a portion of the single-pass VAR of alloy is subjected to vacuum arc remelting to obtain a double-pass VAR of alloy. In various embodiments of the method, the composition of the past VIM alloy mainly contains one of the following components: vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, niobium, molybdenum, technetium, ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, silver, tantalum, tungsten, rhenium, osmium, iridium, platinum or gold.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to perform process of multistage remelting of alloy for improvement of final integrity of item, and also to perform refining of chemical composition of alloy, without breaking chemical alloy segregation.
