FIELD: metallurgy; methods of production of the ingots of the large diameter out of alloys on the basis of nickel.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to metallurgy, in particular, to the methods of production of the ingots of the large diameter out of superalloys on the basis of nickel, which essentially have no a positive and negative liquation. The method provides for casting of the alloy in a mold, subsequent annealing and overageing of the ingot at the temperature at least equal to 649°C within at least 10 hours. Then the ingot is subjected to the electroslag remelting ESR process with the speed of smelting-down at least of 3.63 kg/minute, and then the ESR ingot is transported into a heating furnace within 4 hours before the time of the ingot complete solidification and is subjected to the thermal treatment - the next after ESR. The ESR ingot is put into shape suitable for the vacuum-arch-remelting VAR welding rod, then the welding rod is subject to the vacuum-arc remelting with rate of smelting-down from 3.63 up to 5.00 kg/minute with production of the VAR ingot. The method ensures manufacture the high-quality VAR ingots having diameters exceeding 762 mm and manufactured out of 718 alloy and other superalloys on the basis of nickel liable to the appreciable liquation at casting. The invention also embraces the industrial products manufactured out of the ingots of the true invention, for example, wheels and the intermediate rings intended for usage in the land turbines, and the rotating details intended for usage in the aircraft turbines.

EFFECT: the invention ensures manufacture the high-quality vacuum-arch-remelting VAR ingots having diameters exceeding 762 mm and manufactured out of 718 alloy and other superalloys on the basis of nickel liable to the appreciable liquation at casting.
