MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES WITH ANTIGEN ORIENTATION P OF HUMAN RESPIRATORY SYNCYTIAL VIRUS, OBTAINED AND SECRETED FROM CELL HYBRIDOMAS, USED FOR DETECTION AND DIAGNOSIS OF INFECTION CAUSED BY RESPIRATORY SYNCYTIAL VIRUS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC C12Q1/70 C12P21/08 G01N33/53 C07H21/04

Abstract RU 2716990 C2

FIELD: biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Described is a monoclonal antibody or fragment thereof, which binds to the human respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) protein P, characterized by that the monoclonal antibody or a fragment thereof includes a heavy chain variable region of SEQ ID No: 1 or SEQ ID No: 5 and light chain variable domain with sequence SEQ ID No: 2 or SEQ ID No: 6. Disclosed is a set of nucleotide sequences for producing a monoclonal antibody or fragment thereof, characterized in that the given set of nucleotide sequences includes one nucleotide sequence SEQ ID No: 3 or SEQ ID No: 7, as well as their backcomplementary sequences encoding the antibody heavy chain variable region, and includes the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID No: 4 or SEQ ID No: 8, as well as their backcomplementary sequences which encode the variable region of the light chain of the antibody. Invention also discloses methods of diagnosing ex vivo or in vitro for detecting a viral antigen P RSV, which uses monoclonal antibodies generated and isolated with 2E6/D2 and 6H5/H1 hybridomas.

EFFECT: invention can be used when detecting for RSV kits comprising antibodies produced by hybridomas.
