FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Described is a method of producing murine monoclonal antibodies specific to the F protein of the respiratory syncytial virus of groups A and B. Method includes steps of producing antibody-producing splenocytes, accumulating mouse myeloma cells, fusion of antibody-producing splenocytes with myeloma cells, selecting a hybrid, introduction of hybridoma into abdominal cavity of primed mice, accumulation of monoclonal antibodies in ascites and purification of produced monoclonal antibodies. To obtain antibodies, the method employs a hybridoma-producing monoclonal antibody directed to the F protein of the respiratory syncytial virus of groups A and B, deposited as 11G4/RS under number RKKK(P) 786D (Russian collection of vertebrate cell cultures), or a hybridoma-producing monoclonal antibody directed to the F protein of respiratory syncytial virus, deposited as 10G6/RS under number RKKK(P) 784D into a specialized collection of cell cultures of the Collection of Vertebrate Cell Cultures Core facilities centre of the Federal Publicly Funded Institution of Science of the Institute of Cytology of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
EFFECT: invention extends methods of producing murine monoclonal antibodies specific to the F protein of the respiratory syncytial virus of groups A and B.
