SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, plant growing and can be used for plant vital activity stimulation. Device represents at least two polymer flexible electrodes 1, 2, introduced into soil 4. Polymer flexible electrodes 1, 2 consist of each of metal core and main electroconductive polymer shell with inclusions – plant growth stimulants. One leads of metal cores of electrodes 1, 2 are connected to heteropolar outputs of controlled direct current source 3, and other leads of metal cores of electrodes 1, 2 are sealed. Plant growth stimulators used are organic and / or inorganic compounds containing potassium and / or nitrogen and / or calcium and / or phosphorus. A variant of the device is the content in the polymer flexible electrode of an additional electroconductive polymer shell from electroconductive polymer or graphite cloth. Between the main polymer shell and the additional polymer shell there is an electroconductive carbon and / or shungite fill which contains plant growth stimulants.

EFFECT: device is easy to implement and maintain.
