FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and can be used in the electrostimulation of plant life in test tubes. In the method the plants are grown "in vitro", the conductive tube for plant growing with a metal tip and a stopper is mounted on a tripod so that the metal tip touches the metal base of the tripod which is connected to the conductor of positive battery terminal. To stop the current supply a switch is used, the flow of current circuit is regulated using the current regulator with devices of current and voltage recording. The power supply is set by the time relay, and electrostimulation is started when the plant meristem cut is placed in nutrient solution so that the electric conductor of the stopper touches the mirror of the nutrient solution, the stopper with electric conductor is connected to the negative battery terminal. The plant is transferred to the open ground after reaching the required level of development.

EFFECT: method enables to use efficiently the electrical energy for intensification of plant growth of micropropagation.
