SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used in electrostimulation of plants vegetation in open and protected soil. Disclosed is a plant for electrostimulation of plants for open and protected soil, comprising an electrical conductor connecting negative and positive terminals of the power supply source to the plant, a current regulator, devices for detecting current and voltage, nutrient medium for plant growing, connected to positive carbon-containing electrode, at that, it is equipped with LED indicator and clamp clip with carbon-bearing electrically conductive felt, current supply regulator is made in form of microcircuit connected to potentiometer, and power supply is made in form of DC battery. Also disclosed is a plant electrostimulation apparatus for open and protected soil, comprising an electrical conductor connecting the negative and positive terminals of the power supply to the plant, current supply regulator made in the form of a potentiometer, current and voltage sensing devices, a nutrient medium for growing the plant, connected to a positive carbon-containing electrode, wherein it is equipped with two light-emitting diode indicators connected in an opposite-parallel manner, and a clamp clip with carbon-containing electrically conductive felt, and the power supply is made in the form of a signal generator of the specified shape of AC pulses.

EFFECT: invention provides higher crop capacity and reduced period of vegetation of plants due to action of micro current on root system and stalk of plants, namely on biologically active meristems of plant cell structure, accelerating their growth.
