FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, therapeutic exercises and may be used as treatment-and-correcting gymnastics, prevented protrusion and hernia of intervertebral discs. System of exercises, where each exercise is represented by arranging spinal arch with a series of effect-compressive movements aimed at reduction of radius exhibited spinal arch, in one or opposite directions with second intervals with rising force. First set of vertebral arch in a frontal plane (FP) inclined head and body side, followed by performing a series of said head and body motion downwards to pelvis. Then spinal arch is set in longitudinal plane (PP) with head and body inclined forward with pressed chin to sternum with subsequent series of compressing head and body motion downwards to pelvis. Then spinal arch is set in PP with tilting of head back with arched body back with subsequent series of movements of breast up, head back down. Spinal arch is set in PP with head and body inclined forward with spinning along longitudinal axis in cervical, with turn head and performing a series of pressing movements of head and body bottom. Spinal arch is set in FP inclined head and body side with spinning head and body in lengthwise axis and turned back with pulling wing pelvis with same side, with subsequent series of opposite said head motions to pelvis, pelvis to head. Spinal arch is set in PP with head and body inclined forward with pressed Chin to breast with opposite pulling of pelvic floor forward and upwards with opposite said head motions to pelvis, pelvis to head. Set spinal arch, standing on all fours, arched torso down with tilting head back followed by performing a series of movements of head up and backwards. Spinal arch is set in PP, standing on all fours, curved upward body with pressed chin to breast bone with counter movements of head to pelvis, pelvis to head. Spinal arch is set in PP, standing with body deflection backward tilting head back with a series of light shocks stop upwards with movement of heel from floor and chest movement upwards.
EFFECT: method provides integrated, physiologically proved sanative-corrective action on patient in diseases of various nature-osteochondrosis suffering vertebral artery, postural disorders, muscle tone, activation of stabilising function of paravertebral muscles, which is deep alignment of shape and position of vertebras to normal disposition in all spines.
