FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical and chemical-pharmaceutical industry, namely to embodiments of a method for producing a base for plasters or gels, which can be used in medical and preventive institutions, in domestic conditions for external use as a therapeutic agent in skin diseases, as well as for cosmetology procedures. First embodiment of obtaining the base consists in the fact that the polymer is mixed with low-molecular non-volatile polar cosolvent and salicylic acid until its dissolution. Thereafter, the produced mixture is heated to obtain a base for plasters or gels containing salicylic acid in a dissolved state. Components of the base are taken at the following ratio, wt. %: 5–70 of salicylic acid, 10–50 of polymer, rest - low-molecular non-volatile polar co-solvent. Second version of the method of obtaining the base consists in mixing the polymer with the low-molecular non-volatile polar cosolvent and salicylic acid until it is dissolved, and filler is added. Thereafter, the produced mixture is heated to obtain a base for plasters or gels containing salicylic acid in a dissolved state. Components of the base are taken in the following ratio, wt. %: 10–60 of salicylic acid, 10–50 of polymer, 5–40 of filler, rest - low-molecular non-volatile polar co-solvent.

EFFECT: invention increases the rate of salicylic acid diffusion to the skin surface, and also improves keratolytic and antiseptic properties of plasters or gels.
