FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. For this purpose, radio resource management device comprises information obtaining unit, made with possibility to receive, in response to movement of a terminal serviced by a radio resource control device beyond a certain region, terminal position and a radio resource map corresponding to said position; a radio resource map mode determining unit configured to determine a radio resource map mode from a plurality of predetermined modes, each of which indicates a criterion for determining a radio resource to be used by the terminal; and a radio resource determining unit configured to determine a radio resource for the terminal based on the criterion indicated by the mode. Using the embodiments provided by the invention, radio resources used by the terminal can be varied depending on the position of the terminal.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing a device for controlling variable radio resources.
