Electronic communication device in base station in communication network with aggregation comprises circuit, configured to update primary component carrier (PCC) and/or secondary component carrier, supporting communication with user equipment in aggregation communication network, comprising transmitter, configured to transmit information on user equipment radio resource control (RRC), which includes updated information on PCC and information on mobility management, where circuit is configured to select updated component carrier according to distribution and covering component carriers in aggregation communication network.

EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of component carrier updating.
