FIELD: pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a pump for power plants. On surface of pump parts in form of shafts and axles for seals, necks of shafts for plain bearings and gear transmissions there formed are coatings from the mentioned materials, having adhesion number of not less than 600, on surface of pump parts in pairs of shaft - bushing of bearing and seal shaft - coatings, having wear intensity number of not more than 5 × 10-14 , on surfaces of pump parts, streamlined by working bodies, in form of wheels, housing flow parts, suction and discharge cavities - coatings, wetting properties of which have a wettability coefficient of not more than 1, on surfaces of contact of pump parts in form of movable and fixed parts - coating with adhesive number of not less than 500, number of wear intensity of not more than 5 × 10-14 and coefficient of wettability of not more than 0.8. In the joints of the body - rotating part, a gap is provided to fit the value, which value is determined taking into account thermal expansion of the said joint parts and their deformation under load.
EFFECT: as a result, overall losses in pumps are reduced.
