FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of raw materials for production of fertilizer from renewable source - sewage sludge. Method consists in that the sewage sludge arrives into the feed tank, where the composition is averaged, sent to the grinder and then to heat treatment. Heat treatment is carried out at temperature of 70 °C, holding for at least 20 minutes. After heat treatment cavitation of heated mixture is performed. Process of cavitation processing lasts, taking into account repeated pumping, not more than 1 min. After the cavitation treatment, the mixture is cooled to temperature not exceeding 25 °C and directed to ozone-oxygen treatment. Further, the mixture passes through the process unit of enrichment with solutions of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium substances. At the last step, water separation is performed to produce a cake and/or a centrate.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining high-quality organic and organomineral fertilizers, with simultaneous neutralization of sewage sludge and reduced time of its treatment.
