FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to track superstructure, in particular, to intermediate rail fasteners. Rail is fixed by flanging edge of rims of lining on rail foot blade. During fastening assembly, pad body is heated to temperature of 400–500°, and top parts of flanges are heated to 750–800°. Upper parts of flanges at flanging are located above rail foot blade.
EFFECT: eliminating fasteners in rail fastening.
