FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used to make concrete articles in civil and industrial construction, as well as during erection of special purpose structures. High-strength concrete obtained from a mixture comprising portland cement, sand, crushed stone, an additive and water contains sand as sand with a fineness modulus of 2.4; crushed rock – fraction of 10–20 mm, additionally contains a finely ground blast-furnace slag with specific surface area of 330 m2/kg; as an additive the additive comprises a complex consisting of an aqueous solution of a polycarboxylate polymer CP-WRM, represented by a copolymer of acrylic acid and ethyl methacrylic acid with a density ρ=1.033 g/cm3, with pH=6.5, and polycarboxylate polymer Sika Viscocrete 225 based on allyl ether and maleic acid anhydrite, with the following ratio of components, wt%: said polycarboxylate polymer CP-WRM 96.0–97.0; said polycarboxylate polymer Sika Viscocrete 225 3.0–4.0; with following ratio of components, wt%: portland cement 15.8–18.2; said sand 27.0–27.4; said crushed stone 40.4–41.5; said finely ground blast furnace slag 8.0–8.3; said complex additive 0.2–0.3; water 6.2–6.7.
EFFECT: creation of high-strength concrete with high tensile strength at bending.
