FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to composition and technology of obtaining blanks and parts from alloys based on aluminium, including using selective laser fusion. Proposed method consists in production of alloy on aluminium base and its spraying. Obtaining the aluminium-based alloy melt is carried out by adding aluminium into molten metal at temperature of 850–950 °C from ligature of scandium and zirconium it is batchwise with maintenance of prevention of cooling of melt below temperature 750 °C. After dissolution of scandium, a calcium ligature is added, then magnesium is added, after which the melt is sprayed with a nitrogen-oxygen or argon-oxygen mixture with an oxygen content of 0.2 to 1.0 % to obtain a powder. Prior to spraying, aluminium alloy based melt composition is controlled, containing, wt. %: magnesium 4.0–6.5, zirconium 0.5–1.0, scandium 0.2–0.6, calcium 0.005–0.2, Al and unavoidable impurities is the balance. Obtained spherical powder has particles with size from 10 to 150 mcm.
EFFECT: parts obtained from said powder using additive technologies of selective laser or electron-beam fusion have high strength and level of relative elongation.
