FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to powdered aluminium material for making articles using additive technologies. It can be used for making articles used in conditions of high operating temperatures and corrosive media. Powdered aluminium material is obtained by spraying with a nitrogen stream with additive of 0.2–0.8 wt. % of oxygen and contains, wt. %: nickel 2.5–3.5; manganese 1.8–2.4; iron 0.4–0.7; titanium 0.25–0.5; cobalt 0.05–0.8; zinc 0.005–0.2; aluminium and unavoidable impurities is the balance. Contents of nickel, manganese and iron in alloy satisfy condition 1.4 > Ni/(Mn + Fe) > 1.1.
EFFECT: higher strength and ductility at high temperatures, as well as corrosion resistance.
