FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to composition of heat-resistant aluminium-based alloy and powder from it, for use in production of parts by additive techniques. Powder alloy based on aluminium contains, wt. %: copper 6.0–7.0, magnesium 0.2–0.8, manganese 0.3–1.0, cerium 0.1–0.7, silicon 2.8–3.7, zirconium and/or titanium 0.45–0.9, aluminium and unavoidable impurities is the rest, wherein in alloy there are thermally stable dispersoids of Al8Cu4Ce with size of less than 1 mcm. Method for producing powder from aluminium-based alloy involves preparation of melt, overheating thereof to temperature of not less than 150 °C above liquidus point and subsequent spraying with inert gas stream with oxygen content from 0.01 to 0.8 wt. % at crystallisation rate of not less than 103 K/s to obtain powder with size D50 in range from 5 to 150 mcm.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creation of aluminium alloy for production of powder, having high manufacturability of articles by laser fusion, and high strength characteristics in thermally treated condition.
