FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: aluminium-based alloys used to produce powders used for the manufacture of parts using additive technologies, including selective laser synthesis. Powdered aluminium alloy contains, wt.%: iron – 0.3-1.5, cerium – 0.35-2.6, titanium – 0.15-0.4, at least one element of group A comprising manganese, lanthanum, and yttrium – 0.2-2.0 in total or separately, at least one element of group B comprising zirconium, vanadium, chromium, hafnium, and scandium – 0.6-1.5 in total or separately, if necessary, hydrogen – 3-60 ppm, magnesium – 1.5-4.5 and aluminium and inevitable impurities, including silicon – no more than 0.2, copper – no more than 0.05, zinc – no more than 0.05. The structure consists of an aluminium solid solution, eutectic, and nano-sized dispersoids of AlB type phases in an amount of no more than 10%, formed with elements from group B.

EFFECT: products made from aluminium alloy powder and manufactured using additive technologies have high strength.
