SUBSTANCE: first object is a coated tablet coated with a delayed release of the active ingredient, comprising: (a) a core with one or more active ingredients and (b) eroded barrier with delayed release, surrounding core and including wax and two or more fractions of L-HPC, wherein wax and L-HPC are contained in a weight ratio of "wax:L-HPC" from 30 %:70 % to 70 %:30 %. Second object is a method of making a coated tablet coated with a coating, involving steps of producing a core and forming a barrier layer around the core.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the delayed release of the active ingredient which is compressed by the tablet, which is regulated by the content of two fractions of L-HPC and the ratio of L-HPC to wax.
