FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flavored beverage concentrates which can be bottled cold during packing and have duration of at least twelve months at usual storage temperatures. A combination of low pH and high content of alcohol, in particular, pH level not exceeding 3.5, and content of alcohol exceeding 5 wt % may be used in concentrates.
EFFECT: containers and methods for dispensing doses of liquid concentrate and liquid concentrates of long-term storage are proposed.
