FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical dentistry and maxillofacial surgery. At the preoperative stage of prosthetics on individual bone-subperiosteal implants, cone-beam computed tomography is performed, based on which a stereolithographic model is made, on which retention points are determined. Wax composition of the implant, abutments and holes for fixing screws are modeled. After that, an all-metal implant with thickness of 1.5 mm is cast from an alloy of Ni 59.3%, Cr 24.0%, Mo 10.0% and sandblasting is carried out, then the produced structure is sterilized. At the surgical stage, an incision is made along the apex of the edentulous alveolar process or alveolar portion, which is supplemented with vertical incisions and two trapezoidal mucoperiosteal flaps are separated. Implant is placed on the alveolar process; canals are created in the projection of the holes for the fixing screws with a drill, and the implant is fixed with the help of surgical screws.

EFFECT: reduced traumatism of surgical interventions in case of bone-subperiosteal implantation.
