FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and can be used in outpatient dental practice, maxillofacial surgery, in other fields of medicine for reconstructive operations associated with loss of hard and soft tissues, in particular when performing bone grafting in various types of defects in the maxillofacial region. To produce individual mesh frame for correcting jaw defect, oral examination is performed; result of examination is combined with computer tomogram for separation of soft tissues from bone structures, virtually increasing the required volume of bone tissue to eliminate the defect, restoring the contours of the jaw with subsequent simulation of the individual frame with selection of points of future placement of the fixing screws, as well as holes for insertion of bone material inside the frame and, taking into account anatomical features of the patient's skull, according to the simulation results, an individual frame is made of the material used for osteosynthesis. When performing bone grafting with the use of the manufactured individual frame, the required area is cut through the defect, the frame is fitted, its free fixation is checked, defects are not found, passive planting is performed, anatomical conformity to the shape and size of the defect, mobilizing soft tissues in the defect region, sampling autogenous material, its analogues or combinations of materials in different proportions depending on the clinical situation, the frame is filled with graphite, it is introduced in the area of the defect, positioned and fixed, and through the holes for insertion of bone material, the final packing of the material is checked, the membrane is finally fixed with screws, then the wound is tightly closed.

EFFECT: inventions allow providing accurate reconstruction of the required tissue volume in the defect area, accurate determination of the surgical intervention volume, which in turn enables to restore any defect with minimal trauma and maximize the surgeon's performance.
