SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a piercing tool, comprising a body, a trigger portion and a buffer portion, in which the buffer portion comprises a needle body holder, a cylindrical buffer and a return spring; invention also relates to a disposable lancet for painless skin puncturing suitable for use in an instrument. Disposable lancet for painless skin puncturing and a piercing tool in accordance with the present invention function such that a return spring strikes the skin, perturbing the skin nerve, before the needle penetrates into the skin, so that the lancet needle can be inserted only to a certain depth under the skin, therefore, the user practically does not feel pain.

EFFECT: disposable lancet for painless puncture of skin and a piercing instrument containing said lancet are disclosed.
