FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: lancet devices can be used for punching dermal tissues and for taking samples of fluid. Cap for lancet device for punching dermal tissue has case with proximal and distal ends. Proximal tip of case is connected with distal end of casing of lancet device. Cap additionally has contact ring which is fastened to distal end of case of cap. Contact ring has hole for passing part of lancet and multi-profiled surface through it. Multi-profiled surface is oriented basically around second axis being different from first axis. The surface is made for compressing dermal tissue to help to taking blood sample after dermal tissue is punched. Version of cap has bushing disposed around case of cap. Bushing has at least two feet for keeping contact with dermal tissue during taking blood sample after dermal tissue is punched. According to the second version, cap has contact ring with multi-profiled surface which is intended for creating pressure gradient going down in the direction of punch acting onto curvilinear surface of tip of finger. According to the third version, cap has contact ring made of non-deformed flexible material to correspond to shape of skin at point of punch for taking blood. Lancet device for punching curvilinear dermal tissue additional has contact ring with multi-profiled surface for compressing dermal tissue to take blood sample after dermal tissue is punched. Abilities of punching of curvilinear surfaces (for example, tips of finger) and flat surfaces (like arms and thighs) are provided to get sufficient amount of blood or interstitial fluid.
