FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: novel cell line of breast cancer of human BrCCh4e possessing stable cultural and morphological characteristics. BrCCh4e cell line is stored in the Special collection of vertebrate cell cultures of the Russian collection of cell cultures under registration number RKKK(P) 799D. Said cell line is intended for investigating carcinogenesis and metastasis, testing activity of antitumour agents in vitro and in vivo.
EFFECT: invention provides extending the range of cell lines possessing tumorigenicity and metastasis, which can be used to test activity of new anticancer drugs, as well as to search for new potential therapeutic markers.
