FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely to the stable human breast carcinoma cell line SKBR-kat, overexpressing HER2 oncomarker. A line is obtained by transfection of cells of the initial SKBR-3 line with a plasmid containing the Katushka fluorescent protein gene.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the collection of cell lines for modeling human HER2-positive human cancer in vitro and in vivo with the possibility of lifetime and non-invasive imaging of tumors in the body by fluorescence imaging.
