SUBSTANCE: disclosed are a biosensor and a system for fast detection of the determined components, as well as a method of producing said system and a method of detecting the determined component. Biosensor and the system comprise a living, genetically modified biosensor cell derived from a cellular component of the immune system of mammals, a reporter protein expressed inward and expressed by said cell, a signal transmission pathway and a plurality of non-antibody and signal transmitting elements. System further includes at least one type of detector molecule, at least one determined component. Method for preparing the above system involves transfection or transformation of the immunocyte with one or more coding reporter protein, a signal transmission pathway and a plurality of transmembrane elements with the polynucleotides of the above system. Method of detecting the determined component involves bringing the sample containing the determined component into contact with the above system and detecting the determined component when the signal is emitted by the reporter protein.

EFFECT: inventions provide detection and identification of infectious agents, pathogenic microorganisms, toxins, and other pollutants in real time.
