SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control the contraction of cardiomyocytes using thermogenetics. A genetic construct containing a cardiospecific promoter and a human thermally activated TRPV1 channel gene is delivered to cardiomyocytes, followed by heating with laser or ultrasonic radiation pulses with a frequency of 2 to 7 Hz.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of non-invasive control of the heart rhythm and contractions of individual cardiomyocytes by imposing a rhythm with a frequency of 2 to 7 Hz.
