SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions relates to an immuno-inducing agent for treatment and/or prevention of cancer expressing CSPG5. The agent comprises the following as an active component: (i) an effective amount of at least one polypeptide having immuno-inducing activity and selected from Polypeptides (a), (b) and (c), or (ii) an effective amount of a recombinant vector capable of expressing the abov-mentioned polypeptide in vivo, where (a) the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 8, 4, 6, 10, 12, 2, or 14; (b) the polypeptide has a sequence identity of 85% or more with SEQ ID NO: 8, 4, 6, 10, 12, 2, or 14;or (c) the polypeptide comprises Polypeptide (a) or (b). Also proposed is a method for producing an antigen-presenting cell containing a complex of the above polypeptide and an MHC molecule, where the polypeptide is brought into contact with an antigen-presenting cell of a subject ex vivo or in vitro. A method is proposed for producing a cytotoxic T-cell specific to the indicated polypeptide, including contact of the antigen-presenting cell with the subject's T-cell ex vivo or in vitro.

EFFECT: the resulting antigen presenting cell and cytotoxic T-cell are useful for treatment and/or prevention of CSPG5 expressing cancer in a subject in need thereof.
