FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additive molding of articles from powder materials. Method involves extrusion of a mixture containing powder of metals or ceramics and polymer binder into the area of product construction with simultaneous local heat heating of the mixture and subsequent heat treatment of the formed article for binder removal. Powder of metals or ceramics used is a powder having a polydisperse heterophase composition with dispersion of 0.1–20 mcm. Polymer binder used is binder having conductivity equal to 0.01-0.03 Ohm-1·m-1. Local thermal heating of the mixture is carried out by passing through it pulses of electric current with amplitude of 100–1,000 V and duration of 0.005–0.01 sec.
EFFECT: enabling additive molding of articles from powder materials without pronounced anisotropic properties.
