FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Implant for a spinal assembly comprises a superior element of the implant and a lower element of the implant. Superior element of the implant comprises a vertical flange and a first intervertebral element extending from a vertical flange. Superior element of the implant further forms an opening confined by the first and second arched boundary walls, and an opening formed in the vertical flange for receiving the blocking element. Lower element of the implant comprises a part of the flange and the second intervertebral element extending from the part of the flange. Second intervertebral element further comprises a vertical insert which forms at least one arched surface and is made and has the required dimensions for receiving into the hole of the upper element of the implant, which is formed by the first and second boundary walls, which receive the lordosis region, and then can be locked in the selected position of lordosis.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of taking a lordosis region and then locking in the selected position of lordosis.
