FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petrochemical synthesis, in particular to a method of producing alkenyl phthalidamidosuccinimides based on diethylenetriamine by reacting maleic anhydride with olefins at high temperature with subsequent reaction of alkenyl succinic anhydride with amines in the presence of a solvent, where maleic anhydride reacts with polyalphaolefin with molecular weight of 650–800 or polyisobutylene with molecular weight of 600–900, or an ethylene oligomer with molar mass of 700–850, or an ethylene and propylene copolymer containing 55–65 % of propylene units with molecular weight of 850–950, process is carried out in the presence of an initiator first at temperature of 80–85 °C for 2 hours, then at temperature of 185–190 °C for 4–4.5 hours at a molar ratio of polyalphaolefin (polyisobutylene, ethylene oligomer, ethylene and propylene copolymer containing 55–65 % of propylene links):maleic anhydride = 1:1.01–1.03, followed by condensation of obtained alkenyl succinic anhydride in oil with N,N'-bis (diethylenediamino)phthalenediamide (1) or N-diethylenediaminophthalamido-N'-diethylenediaminothaphthalide (2), or N-diethylenediaminotoluilamide (3) in molar ratio alkenyl succinic anhydride: N, N'-bis (diethylenediamino) phthalenediamide or N-diethylenediaminophthalamido-N'-diethylenediaminothaphthalide, or N-diethylenediaminotoluilamide in molar ratio of 1–2:1, and alkenyl succinic anhydride: N-diethylenediaminotoluilamide equal to 1:1, first at temperature of 80–85 °C for 2 hours, then at 150–155 °C for 4–4.5 hours.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining novel alkenyl phthalamidosuccinimides based on diethylenetriamine and alkenyl succinic anhydride, having anticorrosion properties, suitable for use as effective anticorrosion additives.
