FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a conveyor roller assembly intended for use at high temperature, and to a method of manufacturing said assembly. Conveyor rolls assembly comprises ceramic coil having bending strength of at least 15 MPa and outer diameter D, where at least one end of the ceramic coil has an axial central hole of diameter d and depth Dd ≥ 1.5d, and torque transmission device and a support in a generally cylindrical shape, having a longitudinal axis provided in at least said opening of the ceramic coil. Torque and support transmission device includes: a housing, a support section which is not deformed and serves to support the coil from the inside, comprising at least two cylindrical support surfaces, and connecting section, which is subjected to mechanical and elastic deformation when introducing means for transfer of torque and support inside ceramic coil. Said connecting section is able to restore its original form after extraction of torque transfer means and support from ceramic coil. Said connecting section comprises two separate connecting surfaces, which frictionally connect means of transfer of torque and support with ceramic coil (2). Connecting section is located between two cylindrical support surfaces, and diameter of central hole of ceramic coil is 10 mm ≤ d ≤ 3/4D, preferably ≤ 1/3D.

EFFECT: technical result consists in transmission of torque and support in a wide temperature range with possibility of multiple use.
