FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a periodically charged electrochemical storage cell with a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator disposed between the positive and negative electrodes, electrolyte based on SO2 with content of electroconductivity of active metal salt of accumulator element increasing it. Periodically charged accumulator element (2) contains positive electrode (4), negative electrode (5), electrolyte with content of salt increasing salt conductivity and separator located between positive electrode (4) and negative electrode (5). Negative (5) and positive (4) electrodes are plug-in electrodes. Electrolyte is based on SO2. Separator (11) comprises layer (15, 16), which is a separating layer from organic polymer. Thickness of separator layer from organic polymer, referred to filling positive insert electrode with active material per unit area, is less than 0.25 mm3/mg.
EFFECT: technical result is improved working electrical characteristics, increased cyclic stability.
