FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for measurement of water flow, ethyl alcohol and other liquid media. Device for measuring flow rate of liquid medium includes liquid medium, arranged in pipeline from dielectric material, oscillatory circuit containing inductance coil of oscillatory circuit and condenser of oscillatory circuit, and liquid medium is arranged in pipeline between plates of capacitor of oscillatory circuit. At that, the device contains lining of transparent quartz glass arranged inside the pipeline, and coatings of the oscillatory circuit capacitor are arranged on the outer surface of lining made of transparent quartz glass.

EFFECT: technical result is increased sensitivity and accuracy of measurements.
